1. Registration Fees

Is there a registration fee?
Yes. Registration fees apply to delegates attending ATTES 2026. Full details of categories and fees are available on the official ATTES website.

Registration categories may include:

• Standard Delegate Registration
• Early Bird Registration (where applicable)
• Group Registration (discounted rates available)
• Government / Trade Mission Delegation
• Speaker / Moderator Registration
• One-Day Registration

Exhibitors, sponsors and official partners receive delegate allocations in accordance with their signed agreements and may not be required to complete separate standard delegate registration unless otherwise agreed.

2. What the Registration Fee Includes

Standard Delegate Registration includes:

• Access to all summit sessions and panel discussions
• Access to the exhibition area
• Participation in structured networking sessions (B2B / B2G where applicable)
• Delegate badge and conference materials
• Coffee breaks and networking lunches
• Access to post-event digital materials (where applicable)

Full Registration (where applicable) includes:

• All standard benefits
• Access to the Official Gala Reception (subject to capacity and confirmation)
• Access to Opening Ceremony

One-Day Registration includes:

• Access to sessions on the selected day only
• One networking lunch
• Coffee breaks
• Delegate badge

Participation does not automatically include invitation-only leadership roundtables or restricted VIP functions unless explicitly confirmed by the organisers.

3. Group Discounts

Discounted rates are available for organisations registering two or more delegates.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Substitutions are permitted at any time at no additional charge. Written notice must be provided.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: partnerships@attessummit.com

Refund Terms:

• Cancellations received 90 days or more prior to the event (on or before 20 August 2026): 50% refund.
• Cancellations received less than 90 days before the event: No refund.
• Non-attendance (no-show): No refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days following the event.

5. Payment Terms

• Registration is completed online via the official ATTES website.
• Accepted payment methods: VISA, Mastercard, American Express.
• Bank transfer is available subject to invoice terms.
• After 30 October 2026, only card payments will be accepted.
• Cash payments will not be accepted on-site.

6. Visa Requirements

Delegates are responsible for arranging their own travel documentation and visa requirements for entry into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Upon confirmation of full payment, an official invitation letter may be issued if required. Issuance of an invitation letter does not guarantee visa approval.

7. Programme Changes

The organisers reserve the right to:

• Amend the event programme
• Change speakers or session formats
• Alter networking activities
• Change venue within Riyadh if required

Such changes shall not constitute grounds for refund.

8. Force Majeure

The organisers shall not be liable for delay or cancellation due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

• Government restrictions
• Natural disasters
• Public health emergencies
• Civil unrest
• Travel restrictions

In such cases, registration fees may be transferred to a rescheduled date or future edition. Refunds will be at the organisers’ discretion.

9. Data Protection

By registering for ATTES 2026, you agree that your personal data will be processed in accordance with the official ATTES 2026 Privacy Policy available on the event website.
