Registration policy
ATTES is not responsible for visa issuance to delegates and recommend visa application on time and in advance of the summit.
The participation fee includes access to the event session presentations and networking opportunities, refreshments and lunch, along with post conference proceedings.
Participation does not cover travel and accommodation costs
Full payment of the event must be received within three working days and not later
If you are unable to attend after making payment, you are welcome to substitute delegate at no extra charge.
ATTES team reserves the right to change the event program without notice including the substitution, alternation or cancellation of speakers and/or topics and/or the dates of the event.
ATTES should not be held responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alternation, or cancellation of the event or damage incurred during travel to attend our summit
A complimentary ticket cannot be used by a person already registered for the event and no refund can be given respectively.
ATTES cancellation policy is based on 30% refunds and only if written notice is received 60 days before the event
Registrants that do not attend the event after the cancellation date will be liable for 100% payment of the invoiced amount.
